If you purchase a ticket for a movie that ends up not being screened, you will not be charged for the purchase at all. Your card will only be charged if enough people commit to purchase tickets.
If you purchased tickets, but are not able to attend the movie, just let us know before doors open for the show (sorry, no cash refunds after the doors open). We can either issue a credit to your account to use toward another movie later on, or else we can refund your money to the account with which you purchased the tickets. If you purchased your tickets through the Colonial Theater box office, those refunds are subject to the refund policy of the Colonial Theater.
If you had a rotten experience at a Colonial Classic Movies screening, or if you aren’t 100% satisfied with the screening, we will give you a credit to attend another show so we can make it up to you.
